French Coffee
Product Introduction
Pagani French Coffee is an excellent choice for breakfast and can be enjoyed with milk. Pagani French Coffee is made entirely naturally by blending and grinding Arabica and Robusta beans. The taste of this product, thanks to the combination of three Arabica beans from different origins (Brazil, Colombia, and India), creates a pleasant and desirable aroma for you.
Ingredients
45% Arabica coffee beans, 55% Robusta coffee.
How to Use
French coffee beans are ground coarser than Turkish or espresso coffee. To brew French coffee, simply add the desired amount of French coffee powder to a French press and pour in hot water. Use one tablespoon of coffee for every 120 ml of water.
- Pour 93°C water in a circular motion just enough to wet the coffee grounds, or to let it "bloom." After 30 seconds, add the rest of the water and wait four minutes before gently stirring with a spoon.
- Wait four minutes, then slowly press the plunger down so the coffee grounds settle at the bottom. After pressing, pour the coffee into a cup and enjoy, optionally adding milk.
As mentioned, pay attention to the coffee-to-water ratio. For the first time, follow this ratio and note the taste and flavor. Gradually, by adjusting this ratio, you can achieve your desired drink.
