Pagani Special Mix Coffee is made from a blend of ground Arabica and Robusta coffee beans (Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia PB, Vietnam Cherry). The combination of beans used in this product creates a desirable taste and aroma.

How to Use

Pagani Special Mix coffee powder is made from premium coffee beans. This product is highly suitable for preparing coffee drinks using third-wave or drip coffee makers. Third-wave or drip coffee devices such as V60, Chemex, siphon, etc., are tools you can use to brew this product. Here, we explain how to prepare this product using a dripper. To make this coffee, you'll need a dripper, a size-four paper filter, and a pot. The ratio of water to coffee is very important to achieve the desired flavor. The standard ratio for making this drink with this method is 60 grams of coffee per one liter of water. As you reduce the amount of water, the coffee quantity should be decreased proportionally.

1. First, bring the water to a boil, place the filter into the dripper, and set it on the pot.
2. Pour some boiling water into the filter and discard the water from the pot to prevent the paper filter's taste from affecting the coffee.
3. Add 15 grams of Pagani Special Mix coffee to the filter. 15 grams equals one and a half tablespoons of coffee.
4. Pour boiling water first in the center, then move it in a circular motion from the center to the edges until foam appears.
5. Allow the water to completely filter through so the first brewing stage is finished, then pour more water into the filter in a spiral motion.
6. Continue until the pre-set amount of water is finished. From the second stage on, the water flow will decrease and eventually drip.

As mentioned, pay attention to the water-to-coffee ratio. Follow this ratio the first time and pay attention to the taste and flavor. Over time, by adjusting the ratio, you can achieve your desired drink.

The best time to drink coffee is between 9 and 11 in the morning.
