How and When to Use
For every 180 cc of water, add two teaspoons of tea to the teapot. This tea can be brewed in two different ways. For a better taste, it is recommended not to place the tea directly over heat.
For a light flavor: Steep for five minutes at a temperature of 80 to 85°C.
For a strong and robust flavor: Steep for 10 minutes at a temperature of 80 to 85°C.
This tea can be consumed up to three cups a day, preferably before meals.
