Additional Information
The fruits of the marula tree contain hard, brown seeds with soft, white kernels inside. Marula oil moisturizes the skin without causing irritation. Approximately 70% of the fatty acids in this oil consist of oleic acid. Marula oil is also a good source of linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, and stearic acid.
Its remarkable benefits are due to the Vitamin E and antioxidants, including phenolic compounds, present in the oil, which not only nourish the skin and reduce signs of aging but also fight free radicals. Marula is also a rich source of Vitamin C, which is highly beneficial for the skin.
Marula oil contains L-arginine and glutamic acid amino acids, providing hydrating and anti-aging properties. It also contains beneficial fatty acids that deeply soften and moisturize skin and hair.
Marula oil is an ideal oil for improving dryness, damage, and brittleness of hair because its fatty acids nourish the scalp and hair, resulting in shine and strength.
