Agreement

This agreement belongs to the TAKSOO MEET social network, and all publication rights are reserved. In addition to the provisions below, TAKSOO MEET, as an Iranian and Persian-language social network, complies with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Please read the rules carefully. Membership in this social network constitutes acceptance of all its rules and regulations.

If any changes are made to the stated rules, procedures, or services, they will be published and updated on this page. You agree that your continued use of TAKSOO MEET means acceptance of any such changes.

Commitments

TAKSOO MEET is a transformative platform aimed at the comprehensive development of sales consultants in the field of network marketing. The purpose of launching this social network is to create an environment for interaction, business expansion, and the provision of consulting services.

A. Rules and Obligations of Sales Consultants on TAKSOO MEET

• Each sales consultant may have only one user account for selling company products on TAKSOO MEET.

• Sales consultants must observe honesty and accuracy when publishing content and introducing products and must avoid any deceptive sales practices. Any damages caused by violations are the responsibility of the offending consultant.

• The company bears no responsibility for false claims, including medical or therapeutic claims. The company reserves the right to pursue legal action if harmed by illegal actions.

• Consultants must not sell products outside the company’s official product list.

• The company reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation in case of attempts to breach or disrupt TAKSOO MEET’s data or security.

• Consultants are not allowed to repackage or alter product packaging. Products must be sold only in their original packaging.

• Providing misleading information about company products or services is prohibited.

• Consultants must avoid negative advertising, insults, rumors, or defamation that harm others.

B. General Rules for All Users

• Users under 18 years old are not allowed.

• Identity fraud or creating misleading accounts is prohibited.

• Publishing political content or political targeting is prohibited.

• Publishing false or fake news is prohibited.

• Violating personal or confidential information of others is prohibited.

• You are fully responsible for all content you publish. Do not share your password.

• Having multiple user accounts is prohibited.

• Obscene, defamatory, abusive, or disrespectful content toward cultural or religious values is not allowed.

C. Advertising Rules on TAKSOO MEET

• Advertising illegal or unauthorized products is prohibited.

• Ads must not be misleading, abusive, or manipulative.

• Discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, etc. is prohibited.

• Adult or sexually explicit content is prohibited.

• Ads must not exploit individuals sexually.

• Shocking, offensive, or emotionally manipulative content is prohibited.

• Publishing false information presented as expert opinion is prohibited.

• Conflict-driven political or social exploitation is prohibited.

• Use of profanity or incorrect grammar intentionally is prohibited.

• Misleading or fraudulent claims are prohibited.

• Gambling, lotteries, and betting promotions are prohibited.

• Advertising drugs, narcotics, or medical treatment claims is prohibited.

• Harassment or encouraging harassment is prohibited.

D. Photo Approval Rules

Images must NOT contain:

• Horror or frightening scenes

• Blood or violence

• Disturbing content

• Immoral content

• Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs

• Inappropriate clothing

• Pornographic content

• Political or religious figures (except profile photo where allowed)

• Government or private institutions

• Photos of political or religious officials

• Photos of other users

E. TAKSOO MEET Management Rules

Administrators are responsible for:

• Reviewing content for compliance

• Issuing warnings for first violations

• Removing violating content

• Blocking repeat violators

Exceptional Conditions

Exceptional conditions refer to external events beyond TAKSOO MEET’s control, such as nationwide internet outages. In such cases, TAKSOO bears no responsibility.
